“Nargis ensured everyday to spend equal time with all her clients. She worried about our dinners and excursions. Some of us do not follow directions very well and it was so frustrating for her and us to wait or look for them. Yet She was patient and kept on taking care of things.

I would especially like to mention that Nargis was very helpful when the cruise was directed back to Dubai. She spent time arranging for all the guests to get them home, refunds and alternate accommodation. I cannot say enough of her patience dealing with unreasonable demands put on her by many of us. She is truly an asset to HSK and a reflection of your standards.

You did an outstanding job which was not always easy since many people did not follow instructions on meeting places and you had to scurry around herding people to the bus for our excursions every day.

Despite some delays gathering up the missing people, we were able to complete our excursions and see all the attractions we were promised which were amazing. And we saw and visited so many places, much more than the ship excursions offered.

You were fantastic taking care of all our travel arrangements and obtaining refunds for all of us since we were no going to Thailand or Singapore. You worked so hard for us and we really appreciated your efforts. We were able to stay relaxed and enjoy our voyage and not be frustrated trying to make the necessary changes. Other passengers had to wait on long lines for service and many did not get all that we received.
